View your domain details and expiry
Check ownership, expiry, nameservers, and security information for a domain purchased through Tecapy.
Open the purchased-domain list
Go to Settings → Domains and find your domain under Domains purchased through Tecapy. The card shows its saved status and expiry when available. Use Refresh status to reload the saved domain records.
Fetch the registrar details
Choose View details on an Active domain. Tecapy loads the available owner name, creation date, expiry, transfer lock, DNSSEC status, and nameservers. If information is not available, the page says so instead of assuming a value.
Use the expiry date to plan renewal
Note when the domain expires and return to renew before that date. Automatic renewal is off. Viewing details or refreshing status does not renew the domain or charge you.
Clear details independently
Choose Clear details to hide that section. This does not remove the domain, alter ownership, or clear DNS records. Choose View details again whenever you want to fetch it again.
Ask support about ownership or registrar changes
To transfer ownership, move the domain to another registrar, or request deletion of an active domain, email info@tecapy.com. Viewing the details is not a way to make those changes yourself.
