Connect a custom domain
Add your domain and configure the DNS records Tecapy provides.
Add the domain
Open Settings → Domains and enter the hostname you want to connect, such as example.com. You can add up to two domains; we recommend the main domain and its www counterpart.
Wait for configuration preparation
After adding a domain, wait for the one-minute preparation countdown. Choose Configure DNS when it becomes available.
Apply the DNS changes
Copy the exact record types, hostnames, values, and ADD or REMOVE instructions shown in Tecapy into your domain provider’s DNS settings. Use the records shown for your domain rather than values from another store.
Check DNS status
Return to the domain and check its status. New DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Wait for hosting, ownership, and certificate checks to complete before relying on the domain.
