Buy a domain through Tecapy

Search for an available domain, provide ownership details, and pay for one year in your store’s currency.

Start a domain search
Open Settings → Domains and choose Find a new domain if the initial choice screen appears. Search for the suggested address or enter another full domain, such as seller.com. Your typed search remains visible while the result loads.
Review availability and the annual price
An available result shows its one-year price in your store’s currency, with the USD equivalent. Choose this domain only when it is the address you want. Unavailable domains cannot be registered from the result. If the price cannot load, retry the search before continuing.
Enter the domain owner’s details
Enter the owner’s first and last names, ownership contact email, street address, address / building number, city, state or region, postal code, and country. Use accurate details because they identify the domain owner. The address / building number must be a whole number, without letters or decimals.
Add the owner’s international phone number
Use the contact country selector and the single phone number field, as you do in store settings. Choose the phone’s country calling code and enter a valid number. The phone country may differ from the owner’s address country.
Save ownership and pay
Review the displayed one-year amount and choose Save ownership & pay. Tecapy saves the contact details and opens Flutterwave checkout using the price already shown. Complete payment there and keep the receipt. Registration is for one year, with automatic renewal off.
Wait for registration confirmation
Your saved request appears under Domains purchased through Tecapy. A submitted payment is not the same as a completed registration. Use Refresh status until the domain becomes Active. Avoid paying again while confirmation is pending; contact info@tecapy.com with your receipt if you need help.
Connect the active domain to your storefront
When the domain is Active, choose Connect to store and confirm. Buying the domain does not automatically finish the storefront connection. You will need to return to Domains to renew in 12 months.
