Disconnect a domain from your storefront
Remove a connected hostname from your store without treating it as a registrar deletion.
Find the connected hostname
Select the correct store and open Settings → Domains. Connected hostnames appear near the top under Your store’s domains. Check the exact hostname: example.com and www.example.com are separate entries.
Remove the storefront connection
Choose Remove domain on the hostname you want to disconnect, then confirm. Wait for the request to finish. This removes the store connection; the address may stop loading your Tecapy storefront.
Keep registration separate
Removing a storefront connection does not delete a domain at the registrar or renew, cancel, or refund its registration. A domain purchased through Tecapy can remain in Domains purchased through Tecapy after you disconnect it.
Reconnect or use the freed hostname slot
After successful removal, the hostname no longer appears in the connected list and you can add another within the two-hostname limit. To reconnect a Tecapy-purchased Active domain, use Connect to store. For a domain bought elsewhere, add it and follow its DNS configuration again.
