Delete a non-active saved domain
Remove a saved request or other non-active domain record from Domains purchased through Tecapy.
Find the saved record
Open Settings → Domains and find the entry under Domains purchased through Tecapy. Pending, failed, and other non-active entries have a Delete saved domain button. Entries with no saved status can also be deleted. Active domains do not offer this action.
Review any payment already submitted
Before deleting, check whether you already paid. Removing the saved record does not cancel a payment, request a refund, or delete a domain at the registrar. If you have paid and are unsure about the result, contact info@tecapy.com with your receipt before removing the record.
Confirm deletion
Choose Delete saved domain, read the confirmation, and confirm only if you want to remove that saved entry and its ownership contact details. The button is disabled while the request is processing.
Check that the entry is removed
After success, the saved entry disappears from the list. Tecapy rechecks the saved status before deleting; if the domain became Active in the meantime, deletion is blocked. Refresh status if the page tells you the record has changed.
Use the right action for active or connected domains
For an active registered domain’s transfer or deletion, email info@tecapy.com. To unlink a hostname from your storefront instead, use Remove domain under Your store’s domains. Removing a saved record and disconnecting a storefront hostname are different actions.
