Connect a domain purchased through Tecapy

Let Tecapy configure your purchased domain for your storefront.

Find your active purchased domain
Select the correct store and open Settings → Domains. Under Domains purchased through Tecapy, locate the domain you want to connect. If registration is still pending, use Refresh status and wait for Active.
Check the connection limit
Your store supports up to two connected hostnames. If both slots are occupied, disconnect a hostname you no longer need before connecting another. A domain and its www counterpart are separate hostnames.
Choose Connect to store
Click Connect to store and confirm. Tecapy starts configuring the domain for the selected store. This automatic connection option is for domains purchased through Tecapy; domains bought elsewhere use the manual Add domain and DNS configuration flow.
Allow configuration to finish
Automatic configuration can take up to 30 minutes. The hostname appears under Your store’s domains. Use View DNS status to check hosting, ownership, and the SSL certificate rather than repeatedly starting the connection.
Visit the connected address
Once all connection checks are active, open the domain and confirm that your storefront appears. If you also want a www address, add and configure that hostname separately within the two-hostname limit. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
