Transfer store ownership
Send an ownership transfer invitation to another email address.
Open Ownership transfer
In Settings, open Ownership transfer for the correct store.
Send the invitation
Enter the new owner’s email and submit the transfer request. Check the email carefully before confirming.
Have the recipient accept
The recipient opens the email link, signs in or creates an account, and confirms the transfer. The link expires after 30 minutes.
Check completion
After a successful transfer, the recipient is taken to their CRM. If the link has expired, start a new invitation.
