Enable notifications for your store
Receive store updates on your device and manage browser notification permissions.
Open your notification settings
Select the correct store in your workspace. Go to Settings and choose Manage notifications. Each store and device has its own notification setting.
Enable notifications on this device
Turn on Notifications on this device. When your browser asks for permission, choose Allow. Tecapy registers the device and saves its notification token for the selected store. Opening the page alone does not opt you in.
Use the home-screen app on iPhone or iPad
If you use an iPhone or iPad, open Tecapy in Safari, choose Share → Add to Home Screen, and open it from its home-screen icon. Sign in, return to Settings → Notifications, and turn notifications on. Web notifications require iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.
Allow blocked notifications
If the page says notifications are blocked, follow How to enable notifications on the page. On Android, open your browser’s site permissions and allow Notifications, then check Android’s notification settings for the browser. On a computer, allow notifications in the site permissions and your system settings. On iPhone or iPad, check Settings → Notifications for Tecapy. Reload Tecapy after changing permissions, then turn the switch on again.
Check the device token if needed
When notifications are on, the page shows the FCM token and a Copy token button. This identifies the browser registration used to deliver notifications. You do not need to copy it for everyday use.
Open a store update
Tap an incoming notification to open the relevant CRM page. Sign in if requested. Delivery depends on browser and device permissions, and on the store updates sent by Tecapy.
Turn notifications off
Turn off Notifications on this device to remove the device’s token from this store. Other devices and stores keep their own settings. You can turn it on again later to register the device. Signing out also removes this browser’s notification registrations for your account; enable them again after signing back in if needed.
