Share access to manage your store

Use Partial Transfer to let another person manage your store alongside you.

Open Store Management
Select your store, go to Settings, and choose Manage store in the Store Management container.
Choose Partial Transfer
Select Partial Transfer. This gives the recipient access to manage the store alongside you. You keep your existing access. Full Transfer removes your access once accepted, so choose Partial Transfer when you want to manage the store together.
Send the management invitation
Enter the recipient’s email address and type the store name exactly as shown. Choose Send transfer invitation, review the details, and confirm.
Have the recipient accept
The recipient opens the email link and signs in or creates an account with the invited email address. Their store-transfer page describes the invitation as partial management. They choose Accept partial transfer. Invitations expire after 30 minutes; send a new one if needed.
Review store access when needed
Once accepted, both of you can manage the store. To request a list of people with access, return to Store Management and choose See who has access. Confirm the email address where you want the report sent.
