Delete a store

Close a store you no longer want to operate.

  1. Select the correct store

    Check the store name and ID before continuing.

  2. Find the delete action

    Open Settings and locate Delete store. Read the confirmation carefully before confirming the action.

  3. Wait for completion

    Keep the page open while the request is processed. Continue only when Tecapy confirms the store has been closed. Contact info@tecapy.com if the request fails.
