Generate and use a product feed

Import your store catalog into a platform’s catalog manager.

Generate credentials
In Ads Manager → Independent, choose the platform and generate your product feed. Tecapy creates a feed username and password for your store.
Choose the feed domain
Select your mytecapy.com address, a connected custom domain, or the Tecapy store URL. Copy the complete feed URL.
Configure the product source
In the platform’s catalog tools, add a scheduled feed source and paste the URL. Enter the generated username and password into its authentication settings. X uses CSV; other supported platform feeds use XML.
Keep credentials current
Do not use your Tecapy login password. Generating new feed credentials invalidates the previous ones, so update every connected catalog source after rotation. Managed Google feeds are configured in the background instead.
