Install the seller workspace

Add the CRM to your device for convenient access.

  1. Open your store overview

    Sign in to the CRM and find the installation container above the support section.

  2. Follow the install instructions

    Use the install action when offered. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen. On Android or desktop, use the browser’s available install or Add to Home Screen option.

  3. Launch Tecapy

    Open the installed Tecapy icon to access your seller workspace. Installation availability depends on your browser; hiding the overview prompt lasts 24 hours.
