Policy Overview

This return policy governs the agreement between the buyer and the seller. As a marketplace, we facilitate the transaction but are not directly involved in returns or refunds. For broader guidelines, you can also review our Terms & Conditions.

Return Window

Buyers may return items within 14 days after delivery/pick-up. This timeline allows for proper inspection and ensures fairness to both parties. There is no restocking fee and no shipping fee on returns.

Return Methods

Sellers may offer the following methods for returns:

• In-store
• At a kiosk

Item Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in new or similar condition as when received.
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refund Process

Once the Seller inspects and approves the returned item, the refund will be processed instantly via the Cash on Delivery method. Buyers will be notified of the status immediately after the inspection is complete.
